Yes. The whole point is curation. I look at hundreds of listings so you don't have to, and share only the one I'd genuinely tell a friend about. If a week is slow and nothing earns the spot, I'll say so.
Not at all. Plenty of people on the list are 6–18 months out and just want a feel for what a real deal looks like in their area. Reply when you're ready, or never. Both are fine.
Nothing. The list is free and there's no obligation. If you ever want to see a home from the email, I set up the showing and represent you as your agent. That's the business model.
